Diamond segments of circular saw multi-blade for granite block cutting

Normal taper shape with sandwich or multi-layer structure diamond segments which are mainly used on multi-blades for cutting granite rough blocks into thin slabs. Characterized by high efficiency, no need grinding, smoothness of slab, and low energy consumption.

Blade diameter mostly in 1200mm for Italian/European Machines and 1600/940mm or 2200-600mm and 2500-800mm for Chinese machines.

Type 1

5-60pcs same diameter diamond circular saw blades per machine is suitable for 4 column  machine, such as 1200mm Multi-Blades, this is very popular in granite block cutting field of Europe area.

Sandwich or multi-layer structure of the segments are both available for this type blades.

Type 2

There are 10-30pcs two different diameter circular saw blades on the machine, i.e. each size is 5-15pcs of same quantity, and the segment size is also same, usually the blade diameters are 1000mm & 1600mm, this cutting technic is original from China and which is very popular in granite block cutting field of China, East Asia and Middle-East area.

The multi-layer structure of the segments is suitable for this cutting technic.

Type 3

We call it super thin multi-blades, there are 6-15pcs different diameter circular saw blades on this type machines, i.e. the size of each blade is different, and all the segments size is same, this cutting technic is original from China for cutting expensive blocks to reduce the waste of material, it is very popular in granite block cutting field of China, and some in India & Middle-east market.

In China people are usually using 3.0 or 3.5mm thickness steel blanks since skilled workers are available, so the segment size are usually 4.0 or 4.5mm thickness, however for the market of other countries, the blade and segment thickness is more.

The multi-layer structure of the segments is suitable for this cutting technic.

The above blade No. & segment size is just a simple assemble only for reference, actually there are 6-26pcs different assembles. Now the steel core thickness is thin even to 2.5mm, and the segment thickness is even to 3.5mm.
